This is a case study of a single family that underwent family-of-origin therapy, presented by one of the earliest and best-known pioneers in the field. This book presents the two dimensions of the therapeutic experience: that of the therapist and that of the clients. Framo and Levine serve as the therapy team, while Weber and his family are the clients in these two specialized, intense, brief intervention sessions that occurred one year apart.
