The title Into the Wolf comes from the Italian expression for good luck: in bocca al lupo or "into the mouth of the wolf." In each of us is something that we are afraid to face. Throughout Seth's years of leadership coaching, he's seen how far many of us will go to avoid communicating with vulnerability, honesty, and clarity. The stories within illustrate how Seth works with his clients to be more self-aware and effective in how they communicate. This book asks us to make friends with our own "wolves: " those fears that keep us locked in habits of passive-aggressiveness, self-doubt, and avoidance. It is an invitation to have the courage to trust yourself and find a more authentic and effective way to be in the world.

This is a book of stories that illustrates the principles to clearer and more effective leadership communication and presence. If you've ever been told that you're too much or not enough then in these pages you will find solace. You are not too much. You are more than enough. Learn how to be more self-aware, self-confident, and present in your life and work. Become the leader that you're meant to be.
