War and Duty

Terry Rogers

WAR AND DUTY The lives of two beautiful young women whose enduring friendship was forged in the dying years of World War Two and a self-confessed triple cop killer waiting to die in prison are inexplicably entwined. A secret organisation created to ensure that England's enemies are brought to justice. A tale of love and friendship and above all of War and Duty. In the first edition of War and Duty almost all of the characters I created were deliberately left without any background story or physical description but as I continued to write the story to me they became real people and I felt that they each deserved so much more. I still believe that the physical description of each character comes best from the reader's mind so that will remain unchanged. In this second edition I have left the original story untouched but I have added an appendix which I hope you will enjoy. I have entered it under the sub-title: Dying is Easy.
