This book is a carefully selected collection of stories by Ovid, presented with the original Latin text alongside an English translation. Its purpose is to offer a more engaging and effective way to learn Latin, especially for students preparing for their GCSEs and A-Levels. Traditional methods of learning Latin often rely on textbooks and can be uninteresting. This book aims to change that by providing a side-by-side comparison of Latin and English, making it easier to understand Latin structure and grammar. The idea for this book came from my own experiences of finding Latin lessons boring and the lack of suitable parallel texts for school coursework. By including stories that are not only relevant to the curriculum but also interesting, this book helps students learn Latin in a more enjoyable way. It offers insight into Ovid's tales, adding an element of fun to the learning process.
