Memories of his parents, a car accident that left his wife injured, a presentation in Arles accompanied by Jean-Louis Trintignant, his time in Paris, and a long annotated list of the 21 bedrooms in which he has lived throughout his life. His panic attacks, journeys, walks, the presence of snow, wounds and the passing of time. This is certainly a magisterial self portrait.
