El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar los efectos que generan los fenomenos sociales: Pobreza, Marginacion y Desigualdad en un municipio con muy alto indice de marginacion. Las teorias que apoyaron este trabajo fueron: pobreza del autor Amartya Sen, marginacion del autor Mario Bunge, desigualdad del autor Moncayo Jimenez, Edgar (2001). Los resultados de las encuestas aplicadas permitieron detectar que la falta de acceso a los servicios basicos, vulnerabilidad a la violencia, migracion, exclusion social, dependencias economicas son algunos factores que no permiten el desarrollo de la comunidad.
