La presente investigacion propone la sistematizacion de la practica profesional del estudiante del Programa Nacional de Formacion de Educadores (PNFE), con el proposito de mejorar el proceso de formacion del futuro educador del PNFE. A traves del analisis de diferentes documentos legales, metodologicos, informes de vinculacion profesional y la realizacion de talleres para consolidar la formacion del Estudiante, el contraste de la teoria adquirida de los diferentes basicos curriculares con la practica en la Escuela y por ende contribuyo a superar las dicotomias entre el trabajo intelectual y el manual, se aplicaron diversos metodos, tecnicas y procedimientos para determinar las debilidades y carencias que se presentan en la practica profesional de los docentes en formacion de Educacion Integral en el contexto de las escuelas.
