His university teaching career spans 15 years and includes major universities in the United States. His main research interests include business ethics, management, strategic marketing and human resources. He has numerous academic and industry publications and has presented seminars throughout the United States. He is presently a faculty member at the Cameron School of Business of the University of St. Thomas, Houston, TX
