Anger is an emotional capacity given to man by God. It plays both positive and negative roles in a man’s life. However, the challenge of how to control our anger is a problem all of us struggle with. Anger is a boomerang. It always comes back to you, sometimes with serious consequences. Research has shown that anger has serious repercussions on the human body.
