In Booty for a Babe, unorthodox LA cop Lieutenant Al Wheeler is sent to solve a murder at a science fiction convention. There he discovers a professor who wants to stop time by tricking the elusive Delfs, meets an intellectual gangster who wants to get his hands on the professor’s latest invention, and is frustrated by the generously proportioned convention organiser who somehow manages to keep one step ahead of Al’s wolfish designs!

In Eve, It’s Extortion, Al Wheeler is under pressure to crack a big case. Commissioner Lavers sends him to investigate the hit-and-run murder of a no-good lush called Henry Farnham.
