Ming-Ju Sun

Inspired by the elegant dresses showcased in Godey’s Lady’s Book, Harper’s Bazar, Ladies’ Home Journal, and other Victorian-era magazines, these 31 ready-to-color illustrations depict the well-dressed woman of the late 1800s. Lace-edged necklines, ruffled bodices, full skirts, extravagant bustles, and more period styles will inspire fashionistas and adult colorists alike. Pages are perforated and printed on one side only for easy removal and display. Specially designed for experienced colourists, Victorian Gowns and other Creative Haven adult colouring books offer an escape to a world of inspiration and artistic fulfillment. Each title is also an effective and fun-filled way to relax and reduce stress. AUTHOR: Ming-Ju Sun, who has created over two dozen Dover books, is a BFA graduate in Studio Art and Art History, with graduate studies in Chinese history, Japanese Art History, and the History of Costumes and Textiles.
