When Sparky’s owner leaves him with no one to play with, Sparky decides to beat the boredom with a bite of his magic bone. He finds himself in Washington, DC, among statues, a monument that looks like a giant stick, and a big white house with a huge yard (that he isn’t allowed to play in).
