Follwoing a complaint, Lord Stephen was found to have breached the Code of Conduct in one respect, by failing to register all his directorships. He took appropriate remedial action by way of formal apology to the Sub-Committee on Lords’ Conduct and by registering all his directorships. The Commissioner on Standards and the Sub-Committee conclude that no further action is required.
