When 11-year-old Jimny Adams falls into a river in 1987, it should have been the end of her. Instead, she is saved – but she doesn’t come back quite the same. Now, whenever music plays, Jimny can hear the thoughts of everyone around her. Previously boisterous and chaotic, Jimny is growing into a young woman who wants only silence, and to be seen as normal.
