Olus is the Akkan god of wind, and the youngest god on Mount Enshi. He is lonely. Olus leaves in search of more – in search of friendship and acceptance. On his journey in the mortal lands, Olus becomes a goatherd in a small city called Hyte. Just as Olus begins to fall in love with Kezi, the beautiful daughter of Olus’s master, Kezi’s mother is taken ill. Kezi’s father swears before Admat, all-powerful God of Hyte, that he will sacrifice the first person to congratulate the family on Merrem’s recovery if she becomes well.
