Now Look What You’ve Done by Stephan Pastis

Timmy Failure has returned! Still as amusingly incompetent as ever, this time he has some new challenges to deal with, including an eccentric rich aunt he now lives with and some new cases to solve.

In order to win a $500 prize so that his detective agency can go global, Timmy Failure needs to solve the case of the missing globe. There’s also the case of his classmate Nunzio’s missing spooney spoon. Unfortunately for Timmy, the way he decides to investigate may not be the best method for success or discretion. He also has his supremely incompetent polar-bear partner, Total, to contend with.

As usual, Timmy’s lack of insight makes this story very funny. Can Timmy solve his cases, expand his agency into South America and avoid being expelled from school by Principal Scrimshaw?

Readers aged 8 to 12 who enjoy a good laugh should read this book to find out.
