Lust Lust Lust marks a return to form from this Danish duo following a debut of such promise in Chain Gang of Love and a disappointing second record. From the opening track Aly, Walk with Me, the Raveonettes make their intentions clear and what follows is a sleazy, reverb drenched and too-cool-for-school bunch of tunes that should delight fans of the Jesus & Mary Chain, Velvet Underground and the Ronettes. Great songs, great sound, great record.
