Petey Perfectpants is practically perfect in every possible way--except at making friends. From flawless spelling tests to spotless shoes, he never makes a mistake. But when Petey tries to create the "perfect" sock puppet pal, things go hilariously wrong. The prankloving, possibly enchanted sock puppet mysteriously attaches itself to Petey's hand, throwing his meticulously planned world into chaos.
