Sharon Vogt is the happiest when her creative juices are flowing. After graduating college with a degree in interior design, Vogt worked as an ASID designer for several years before owning her own business in Metairie, Louisiana. When she retired, she began creating unique jewelry and pottery.

Currently, Vogt is working on her fourth book. She and her husband, Tim, love to travel. The Maasai in Africa performed a ceremony to renew their vows on their fortieth wedding anniversary. Vogt and Tim now reside on the beautiful Gulf of America in lower Alabama.
