You don't need to be spiritual to see it. Just look at the trends in any Western country. Millions of boys are growing up without a present, involved father in the home. Male hormones like testosterone have dropped sharply compared to previous generations, which hits energy, drive, sex life, and mood.
More young men in their twenties and thirties are still living with their parents than ever before. Obesity and addiction are at record highs. Men are more likely than women to drink themselves to death, overdose, or take their own lives, even though women report more depression.
I'm not turning this into a science paper. You can look the numbers up yourself if you want. Fatherlessness, male suicide rates, falling testosterone, obesity in men, wages that don't keep up while responsibility rises-it's all there. The point is simple: this isn't just "my opinion." The data matches what you already feel in your gut. Men are getting weaker, softer, more confused, more addicted. And unless we fix it at the level of character, no statistic, no policy, no "awareness campaign" is going to save us.
