This degree work arises in the context of the school classroom, with the objective of exploring the meanings and meanings of managerial competencies in the managerial performance of secondary education institutions, from the perspective of their versionants. It will be carried out under an interpretative phenomenological approach, with a constructionist epistemological and phenomenological-hermeneutic methodological plane, within the qualitative paradigm. The collection of information will be done through in-depth interviews and the Glaser and Strauss categorization method will be used. As a teacher participant, I will identify significant elements of managerial competencies for teacher improvement. Reliability will be ensured through triangulation and interpretative analysis of sources. Finally, findings will be obtained from the managers' responses and will serve as a basis for reflections derived from the key versioners.
