The book is devoted to the study of the influence of physical factors - microwave radiation, barrier discharge and plasma-activated water - on germination, growth and yield of corn seeds of "Dilshod" variety.Experiments showed that the optimal treatment is microwave radiation at 385 W, while high power reduces growth. Soaking seeds in plasma activated water (12 and 24 hours) improved germination and growth vigor. Barrier discharge treatment for 4 minutes with cooling for 72 hours gave the highest yield increase. The results confirm the promising potential of physical methods of seed treatment to improve maize productivity.
