Staat – Recht – Okologie: Das ‘grune’ Weltbild G.W.F. Hegels

Text in German. The leading thesis of the book states that Hegel’s philosophy of state and law is based on a green view of the world. It deals with the antagonism of two natures, the primary or found and the man-made produced . If creation is to endure, this opposition must be mediated . After the link to categories such as descent or origin has ceased to exist, this is the task of a rational figure , i.e. a special form of being, the outlines of which Hegel shows above all in his essential logic . It is through them that primary nature, which had been made without rights and an object of unrestrained exploitation by the predominance of produced nature, is brought back into the political organization as an equal subject. Putting them into practice is the order of the day.
