Paul was to some degree stressed in the matter of how the congregation at Corinth would get his first letter. Paul thought about how they had acknowledged his reproaches, so he sent Titus, and maybe Timothy, to Corinth to discover the impact of his epistle. Amid Paul's third preacher travel, while he was in Philippi, Titus reported that most of the congregation had gotten the letter in the correct soul. In any case, there were the individuals who questioned his intentions and even denied his apostleship, saying that he didn't have the correct certifications for a messenger. Maybe they doubted this since he was not one of the first Twelve.
