Nancy has owned and loved many pets of her own including her favorite dogs - Jack Russell Terriers Peaches and Trixie, Siamese cat Maddison and her 2 oriental shorthairs she currently owns Charlotte and Chester.

Her experiences and fulfilling career as a Registered Veterinary Technician has led her to writing this book as a resource to help pet owners navigate end of life decisions from choices to dealing with the loss and the grief that follows.
