The Addiction Battle: Three Tools to End It Now

Addiction therapist Timothy Wulff has spent the last decade developing an approach to treating addiction which deviates from traditional ways of thinking about addiction. His book presents this new method for treating addiction–a method that uses a person’s true inner self to overcome addiction. According to Wulff, addiction stems from the beliefs one develops during relationships early in life. He explains that these relationship experiences create a division within the psyche, where for some of our greatest strengths are buried. He teaches readers how to reclaim these inner strengths that are part of the true self and use them to end addition.
