Bebina Los Na Os is one of the contemporary literary pieces which brings to the fore, experiences and challenges of youth in the face of poverty and adversity. Bebina the protagonist was very much desirous of leaving her home to seek solace somewhere (preferably in the big town where she finally went). She thought that life in the city would be very rosy and rewarding but was shocked at the challenges she had to go through: Her best friend Julisa was so much passionate about searching for her lost friend and her relief came when she finally saw her in the makeshift house in the deplorable area in the city.
