Krissy Carbo is a credentialed Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree specializing in integrative and functional approaches to optimal health. After several years practicing as a clinical dietitian and living with an autoimmune disorder caused by chronic inflammation, Carbo learned that nutrient-dense whole foods are essential for reducing inflammation and avoiding many of the common health complications seen today. Carbo launched her private practice, Better With Carbo, where she helps clients identify the root cause of their symptoms and develop achievable nutritional goals.
