Since the earliest times, we as humans have found it difficult to forgive one another. When someone says or does something that makes us mad, we feel hurt, and in turn we want to hurt that person back. This is how it is with us, never letting our guard down to insults and hurt caused by another, even if it wasn't intentional. No one is born to be mean. It is a learned behavior, like getting mad in the first place. So why is it that we struggle so much with the issue of forgiveness? Is it simply because it is easier to let our anger out than to keep in? Over the centuries, much has been said about this issue, but not much has been gained by that. In this book, I will discuss all the relevant issues surrounding forgiveness and why I deem it very important to forgive. I will also look at what is to gain through a forgiving attitude compared to an unforgiving one. To forgive or not to forgive, it will ultimately be life changing either way. I hope you make the right choice...
