This little book of prayers is written especially for those of us with myalgic encephalomyelitis (M.E.) and those with other life and energy-limiting illnesses. Anyone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Long Covid or existing with any kind of exhaustion may also find words here to express their hopes to a loving God. The author has been sick with disabling M.E. for decades and wrote these prayers from her sickbed. She hopes this book will be a useful aid as well as a comfort to those also living constricted lives.
