In the third chapter of the biblical book of Ecclesiastes, King Solomon pens a sobering summary of the seasons of life. To Every Thing There is a Season Turn! Turn! Turn! Paintings Inspired by Ecclesiastes features a 12-piece mixed media series of paintings by artist Daniel Botkin. This collection of 42 canvases framed together was inspired by both Solomon's pen and the popular folk song from the 1960s by the same name, written by Pete Seeger. This unique series was exhibited by Botkin at the 100th birthday celebration of the late Pete Seeger in Beacon, New York, in May, 2019. Now, in this exclusive print edition, the exhibit comes to life with full-color prints and includes commentary by the artist on his rendition of each set of paintings. This series of paintings can be viewed on his art website in a separate gallery named by its title. Individual original pieces are not available for sale, but prints are available for purchase on paper or on stretched canvas at DanielBotkin.com.
