Our February 2026 kids' and YA bestsellers — Readings Books

New releases that made it into February's bestsellers include Davina Bell's adorable new picture book, an empowering guide to technology for kids aged 9+, a book about a brave little sausage dog (based on a true story!), and a heartwarming middle grade novel that reunites the author-illustrator team behind the beloved Pax.

After being voted Australia's best picture book by readers of Guardian Australia, we also saw Alison Lester's Magic Beach make it to the top three for the month.
