White Lunar: Nick Cave and Warren Ellis

White Lunar is a stunning two-disc collection of the recent soundtrack collaborations of these two iconic and most prolific of Australian musicians.

Disc one features tracks from The Proposition and The Assassination of Jesse James, both directed by Australians, John Hillcoat and Andrew Dominik. Also included are tracks from the much-anticipated adaptation of Cormac McCarthy’s The Road, which sees the duo once again teamed with Hillcoat.

Disc two contains tracks from two little-known documentaries, The English Surgeon and The Girls of Phnom Penh, and a four-piece suite from the Cave/Ellis archives, named after craters: Halo, Zanstra, Daedalus and Magma.

This is a truly sweeping, epic and haunting anthology and a must-have for film and music fans alike.
