Zac Brown Band have become one of America’s most heralded acts, with their first two albums selling squillions and winning a host of major awards. The band has toured extensively and has become a staple on the festival circuit – for a primarily country act this is quite rare, yet the truth is that their tunes appeal to fans of all music.
The songs are an amalgam of pop, country, bluegrass, reggae and Caribbean, not unlike Jimmy Buffett but with a bigger sound. There is a lot to like here and it is hard not to get caught up in their infectious havin’-a-good-time sound. Assured and confident, this is a band at the top of its game.
