Gustavo Dudamel can do no wrong in the eyes of the classical music public. Coupled with the Simon Boliver Symphony Orchestra of Venezula we have a Beethoven Symphony No 3 unlike anything other I have heard. There's quite a bit of verve that is highly enjoyable in this rendition. You can feel the heroic intentions in every uplifted note. Having worked together on recordings of Beethoven Symphony No 5 and 6 they are growing with each work they record. Finishing with the bright Egmont overture this is a great recording.
