As Day Follows Night: Sarah Blasko
Album number three for Sarah Blasko is another triumph for one of this country’s finest singer-songwriters. With two platinum albums and multiple ARIA awards behind her, Blasko has carved a sizeable slice (perhaps second only to Missy Higgins) in her field.
Quirky yet commercial, she is definitely a difficult artist to pigeonhole. Produced by Bjorn Yttling (of Peter, Bjorn and John fame), the album charts the difficult time around her relationship break-up. But it is certainly not an overly sombre affair. A beautiful record.
