Sheldon, a delightful grasshopper, saves the day after a storm by gathering together all his friends. He introduces them to the reader with a little song (to hear the song link to sheldonthegrasshopper.com) and then, very dramatically, he begins to tell us about the big hurricane they have all experienced. This is a fun story which also teaches about insects and what they do. It also has four songs from the small musical soon to be produced from the book.
