From Spiders to Water Lilies is a collaboration of Cambodian recipes by Gutav Auer and the ‘Romdeng’ team, a restaurant located in Phnom Penh established by Friends-International and now run exclusively by ex-street kids.
Based in Phnom Penh, Friends-International programs have engaged homeless and vulnerable children for over 15 years, providing not only fundamental needs but also empowering them with education, vocation and ultimately employment.
Ongoing support is needed to continue to run these significant and life changing programs. Proceeds of From Spiders to Water Lilies go directly back to Friends-International projects.
