Episode 8 The Beach, The Swimsuit, and The Haunted Island Since it's summer vacation, Ryoko and Azumi go to the beach to relax. Ryoko discovers an island off the coast. They find out that many mysterious things occur on the island, so the locals don't go anywhere near it. Ryoko becomes curious about the mysteries surrounding the island and decides to go check it out. Once on the island they meet Setsura, Nanase, and Akitaka, who are being chased by men with guns. Episode 9 Super Transformation! The Seven Witches Once again Ryoko is asked to be in the "Oyster Lulu" show. She refuses and while she is arguing, a little girl named Rumi confronts her. The little girl asks Ryoko to help her brother out, who is acting strange. Ryoko agrees to help, but along the way numerous booby traps await. Episode 10 The Awakening of Love Ryoko and Tatsuya are practicing for their upcoming show for the school carnival. During practice, Ryoko learns that Shiori is an old friend of Tatsuya's. Ryoko and Shiori talk about Tatsuya's childhood and they enjoy the time together, but Ryoko is a little sad about the fact that Shiori knew much more about Tatsuya than she did.
