Watch Me Disappear: Limited Edition
After building a solid fanbase and critical acclaim with their first two albums, “Sunset Studies” (2000) and “Strange Bird” (2002), success came in a big way for Augie March with their third album “Moo, You Bloody Choir” (2006) which won the 2007 Australian Music Prize (AMP), was nominated for 7 ARIA awards and achieved platinum sales. The single “One Crowded Hour” took out the coveted top spot on Triple J’s Hottest 100 countdown in January 2007 and singer / songwriter Glenn Richards then won two APRA awards – Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year. “Watch Me Disappear” was recorded at Neil Finn’s Roundhead studios in New Zealand and was produced by Joe Chiccarelli (The White Stripes, My Morning Jacket, The Shins).
