The Kinks Choral Collection

Legendary British group The Kinks produced some of the most influential and timeless music of the twentieth century. This collection, presented by frontman Ray Davies, fully demonstrates how their hits - such as 'Waterloo Sunset' and the Indian-influenced 'See My Friends' - can make the transition from guitar pop to choral grandeur; with a little help from The Crouch End Festival Chorus. Reworkings of the band's riff-based early singles - 'You Really Got Me' and 'All Day And All Of The Night' - feature here alongside a new medley of classic tracks that originally appeared on their seminal 1967 album 'The Village Green Preservation Society'.
