It’s been more than 20 years since Joe Jackson was what might be called a house-hold name. He was pretty huge in the late 70s & early 80s (think Look Sharp or Night and Day) and then seemingly his muse left him to release album after album which failed to find an audience. Here he is joined by the members of his original band and it all sounds pretty good. The piano based pop music is not the thing it once was, but if you are at all feeling nostalgic for that time this is certainly a record for you.
