Together with Peregrine, we’re delighted to be offering a small group of engaged booklovers the chance to take a 10-day tour of the Jaipur Literature Festival (24-28 January 2013), the largest and most vibrant literary celebration in the Asia-Pacific.

Held at the beautiful heritage property of the Diggi Palace in the Rajasthani capital, Jaipur, the festival will host a range of readings, debates and performances with a stellar international lineup. Travelling with Readings’ managing director, Mark Rubbo, and events coordinator, Christine Gordon, as well as a local Peregrine guide, you’ll have the chance to savour the sounds and sights of this breathtaking country.

Cost of the tour will be up to $3000 per person (depending on final tour numbers), excluding flights. Airfares can be arranged at an additional cost with Peregrine. The tour will depart from Melbourne on Sunday 20 January 2013 and return on Wednesday 30 January 2013.
