Last week saw the arrival of some long-anticipated new releases including Julia Gillard’s memoir (My Story), Graeme Simsion’s sequel to his classic screwball romance The Rosie Project (The Rosie Effect) and a new cookbook from Ottolenghi (Plenty More). The three of these sit at the top of our list.

Helen Garner’s non-fiction work, This House of Grief also remains one of our most popular books, as does blockbuster fiction releases from Ian McEwan (The Children Act) and Haruki Murakami (Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage).

Naomi Klein is also a strong seller for the week with This Changes Everything, which looks like a thought-provoking read.
