After a packed launch event in our Carlton shop last Thursday, Melbourne author Leanne Hall’s new book is our bestselling children’s book of the past week. (The night also featured some truly excellent costumes…) Iris and the Tiger is a magical adventure-mystery for 10+.

We were also delighted to launch a new book from another local author last week at our Hawthorn shop. Glenda Millard’s The Stars at Oktober Bend is a compelling, beautifully-written story for teens that covers some hard topics but, ultimately, is very uplifting.
