The fellowship is the oldest writing organisation in Australia, founded in 1928 for the purposes of nurturing new and emerging writers with the help of established writers. It has Regional Branches around Victoria aimed as providing a venue for writers to escape their garrets and mingle with other writers for inspiration and a creative boost.

Helen Garner will speak of her successful writing career, from her first book 1977’s Monkey Grip to The Spare Room. The night will be a treat for all those that attend.

Free, but please book on 9819 1917 or by email.
