Toni Jordan will launch The Big Issue’s seventh fiction edition, co-edited by the magazine’s associate editor Melissa Cranenburgh and former books editor Jo Case.

Contributors Chris Womersley (shortlisted for this year’s Miles Franklin Award for Bereft), short-story writer Laura Jean McKay and emerging talent Nic Lowe will read.

It’s the biggest fiction edition yet, with 16 extra pages, and features new fiction from some of Australia’s best writers: Frank Moorhouse, Nick Earls, Charlotte Wood, Chris Womersley, Peggy Frew, Amanda Lohrey, Laura Jean McKay, Nic Low, Josephine Rowe, Krissy Kneen, Catherine Harris and Emma Schwarcz.
